That means Peterson more than quadrupled his $10,000 buy-in for the tournament. While this isn't quite the $8 million that the tournament winner gets, it's still a nice payday for the high stakes tournament. Peterson has been winning tournaments for several years now. According to <a href="http://www.pokerpages.com/player-profile/wayne-r-peterson.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Pokerpages.com</a>, Peterson won the<a href="http://www.pokerpages.com/player-profile/wayne-r-peterson.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> Foxwoods Poker Classic in March of 2006</a>.
