Hop Police Log: Assault Arrest, OUI Arrest

Wednesday, June 27

12:53 a.m.: A 911 caller from Stone Crossing Way reported that someone kept ringing her doorbell. Officers from the responded and spoke to the homeowner but did not find anything specific.

1:26 a.m.: An officer assisted a driver on Whalen Road who was lost and looking for Framingham.

1:41 a.m.: Neil Harris Hutt, 30, of 4 Rice St., was arrested after his girlfriend called police to report that he had hit her. Hutt is charged with assault and battery.

2:19 a.m.: Officers responded to multiple calls about doorbell ringing on Stone Crossing Way.

6:26 p.m.: A caller reported that he had just hit a deer on School Street. Officers determined that the incident was in Upton and notified the Upton PD.

7:11 p.m.: Delia Ann Tapley, 39, of 26 Priscilla Rd. was arrested after a traffic stop on West Main Street. Tapley was charged with drunken-driving, marked lanes registration and driving while not in possession of a vehicle registration.
