Hopkinton 5 Things: It's Merger Day

1. 2. Solar 201: The and their  will be held TONIGHT in the . Space is limited so if you’re interested in lowering your monthly electric bill and learning more about renewable energy plan to get there well in advance of the 7 p.m. start time.

3. Social Media: Now is a better time than ever to connect with Hopkinton Patch on Facebook and Twitter. While the sites will be merging the social media aspect will stay separate to help bring you more targeted local information.

4. Blog on Patch: A two-community site means a bigger audience for your blog posts; and what better time to start than the summer doldrums. Write about the movie you just saw, the awesome dinner you learned to cook or even show off your creative writing skills with stories and poetry. The platform is provided; all you need to do is supply the content.
