Hopkinton Coronavirus: Town Hall, Library, More Closed To Public
The senior center, department of parks and recrecreation and department of public works are also closed to the public until further notice.
HOPKINTON, MA — Several municipal buildings in Hopkinton have been closed to the public until further notice in an attempt to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
In a release Tuesday, the Town of Hopkinton announced its town hall, senior center, department of parks and recreation and department of public works will remain closed to walk-in business indefinitely.
All the city's municipal offices are staffed and open for phone and email service, the town said.

Hopkinton has created a website to share ongoing updates about the new coronavirus called COVID-19. It is also sharing regular updates on Facebook and Twitter.
Hopkinton Town Hall is open by phone during normal hours of operation. Those are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It's also open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Fridays.

Residents can still visit the town website to pay bills, apply for permits and licenses and access other information and services.
Payments can also be made by check through the mail or through the city's drop boxes, which are located at the front and rear entrances of town hall. Hopkinton does not accept cash payments.
