Wednesday, June 13 4:46 p.m.: An officer from the responded to a car accident on East Main Street. One driver was cited for operating without a license. 6:22 p.m.: Police responded to a report of assault and battery on Fenton Street. They arrested . 10:47 p.m.: A woman from hayden Rowe Street walked in to the Police Department to report that there was a man she had a harassment prevention order on who was violating it. Matthew James Westbury, 17, of 16 Hayden Rowe Street was arrested when police responded to the location of the incident. Westbury was charged with violation of a harassment prevention order. 11:43 p.m.: An officer checked on a toilet papered vehicle at the schools on Hayden Rowe Street. The officer sent two people on their way. He also reported that two aluminum benches had been moved to the bus circle.
