Police Log: Milford, Hopkinton, Dorchester Residents Arrested

Friday, June 22

12:02 a.m.: officers removed eight people from Sandy Beach for trespassing.

3:01 p.m.: A caller reported that someone had an open fire in the . Theresponded and extinguished the fire.

3:12 p.m.: A detail officer at reported an intoxicated man causing a disturbance. The man and a friend were taken home by a third, sober person.

5:50 p.m.: A 911 caller from Walcott Street reported that there was a tree across the roadway. An officer and the DPW responded.

5:53 p.m.: A caller reported that a telephone pole and electric wires had fallen in to the roadway on Cedar Street near the Southborough line. NSTAR was notified and responded.

11:50 p.m.: A caller reported a vehicle driving excessively slow and erratically on Grove Street. Emilio Carvaho De Agular, 40, of 40 Southborough St., Milford, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation, drunken-driving and a marked lanes violation.

Saturday, June 23

11:00 a.m.: An officer responded to a report of a stray dog bothering people at the recycling center. Animal Control was advised.

12:34 p.m.: A person reported that credit cards were stolen from his wallet after he left it on a gas pump on West Main Street.

9:23 p.m.: A 911 caller reported hitting a fawn on Cedar Street. An officer responded and noted that the deer had ran off in to the woods.

9:49 p.m.: A caller from Pond Street reported that their son was “out of control”.  Christopher Joseph Casella Jr., 17, of 122 Pond Street, was arrested on charges of assault and battery.

Sunday, June 24

4:19 a.m.: Officers responded to a report of loud people on Whitehall Reservoir. The officers removed some males who were staying at a house on Stagecoach Way.

4:09 p.m.: A 911 caller reported a verbal disturbance at a neighboring house. The argument was between a husband and wife, the wife left the residence.

6:18 p.m.: A 911 caller from Price Chopper reported that there was a shoplifting in progress. Officers responded and arrested Seneca Troy Johnson, 35, of 54 Corona St., Dorchester. Johnson was charged with third offense shoplifting and receiving stolen property.

7:15 p.m.: Several 911 callers reported a crash on Grove Street. One person was taken to the Milford Hospital.
