Police Log: Stolen Jewelry, Dangerous Skateboarders

Tuesday, June 12

1:09 p.m.: An officer from the stood by while a Verizon truck completed work on a bad corner of Lumber Street.

1:16 p.m.: An officer responded to a one-car crash in a parking lot on East Main Street. No injuries were reported but there was property damage.

4:19 p.m.: An officer checked a Main Street parking lot where skateboarding youths had been reportedly causing a driving hazard.

7:43 p.m.: A caller reported jewelry theft from their Roosevelt Road home.

8:54 p.m.: A person from Hayward Street walked in to the Police Station to report that an ex-employee was harassing him through text messages.
