Police Log: Underage Drinking, Click it or Ticket, Wrong Way Travel

Friday, June 1
12:36 a.m.: An officer spoke with a person who was out for a walk on West Elm Street.
1:27 a.m.: A caller reported a male who was stumbling on Hayden Rowe Street. At the same time an officer called in a transport of the person to Southborough.

9:13 a.m.: A caller reported that the operator of a passing vehicle threw something at her on Hayden Rowe Street.
10:43 a.m.: An officer spoke to a resident about possible fraud.

10:58 a.m.: An officer spoke completed related safety on West Main Street.
2:58 pm.: A search did not turn up anyone in the area.
7:12 p.m.: An officer removed a bat from an apartment on Main Street.
8:04 p.m.: An officer working a detail during the checked a report of an altercation on the Loop Road.
10:01 p.m.: A caller from West Elm Street reported a large noisy party. When an officer responded it was a group of 6th graders being picked up by their parents.
11:04 p.m.: A caller from Winter Street reported a gathering with an outdoor fire on the lake. An officer located and dispersed the group.
11:14 p.m.: A bartender reported a past incident in which she felt threatened. As part of the investigation an officer went to a house on Hayden Rowe Street.
Saturday, June 2
12:01 p.m.: An officer checked a person on Main Street who was waiting for a ride.
12:47 p.m.: A caller reported that a vehicle got off Rte. 495 then traveled westbound in the eastbound lanes before striking a sign at the South Street intersection. Upton Police were notified of the incident.
12:19 p.m.: An officer checked a vehicle on Main Street that was reported to have been running for two hours with no occupants. A passerby said that someone just turned it off.
12:29 p.m.: A resident reported a suspicious blue van parked on Colonnade Drive in a strange place. An officer checked the vehicle, it belonged to a resident of the neighborhood.
2:24 p.m.: An officer completed a passenger safety check related to Click it or Ticket.
3:16 p.m.: An officer arrested Anthony Michael Orlando, 19, of 205 Spring St. Charges included speeding on Wood Street and operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
7:22 p.m.: A resident of Holliston reported that he was being harassed on the computer by a resident of Hopkinton. The person was told to contact the Holliston Police Department.
9:54 p.m.: A caller from Rocky Woods Road reported very loud music being played in the neighborhood. Responding officers found the complaint unfounded.
Sunday, June 3
8:01 a.m.: Two 911 callers reported a tree branch and a wire down on Lumber Street. The wire was not electrified and was just a guide wire that had been attached to a tree that fell.
10:45 a.m.: A person reported a noise complaint and violation of the town’s heavy equipment bylaws on Wood Street.
11:51 a.m.: Officers spoke with a resident of Huckleberry Road after contact from the Sudbury Police Department.
2:15 p.m.: A person went in to the station to report harassment. An officer spoke to all of the parties involved and they agreed to cease contact.
3:40 p.m.: The Hopkinton Police Department contacted the registered owner of a car that was towed in Bolton and did not have any license plates.
3:45 p.m.: An officer completed community relations involving the Click it or Ticket program.
5:53 p.m.: An officer asked the owner of a car parked on Pleasant Street to move their car.
7:44 p.m.: A caller reported vandalism to their car on Main Street.
8:22 p.m.: Uassaide Jorge Leal, 19, of 73 School St. and Matheus Wienen, 20, of 72 Devens St., Marlborough were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Grove Street. Both men were charged with alcohol related offenses, in addition, Leal was charged with failure to stop for police, number plate violation and trespassing with a motor vehicle.
