At 11:30 this morning troopers from the Massachusetts State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on route 495 northbound in Hopkinton. Trooper Sullivan responded to the scene where he observed a rolled-over SUV with one person entrapped in the SUV. State police said six people were taken to UMass Medical Center in Worcester. While the investigation in to the crash was underway all lanes of traffic were closed for approximately an hour, causing traffic to back up from just before exit 21 well in to Milford and beyond exit 19 according to some reports. None of the vehicles occupants have life-threatening injuries.

State police responded to one vehicle roll over this morning which sent three to the hospital.
