A teenager fell through the ice of a frozen body of water.

MALDEN, MA — Firefighters rescued a teenager who had fallen through the ice at Fellesmere Pond Wednesday afternoon.

Crews responded to the scene at approximately 2 p.m. and found the 14-year-old girl hanging onto the edge of the ice. According to the department, the rescue was made in less than 30 seconds.
