Malden To Hold Free Trick or Treating Event
The 12th Annual Trick or Treat in Malden Square promises loads of fun and lots of free candy

Attention trick-or-treaters.
It is time for the 12th Annual Trick or Treat in Malden Square.
Children 12 years and under will be able to participate in a massive trick-or-treating event on Halloween that promises mountains of free candy.

The kids will first meet up at City Hall, where they will get the chance to meet Mayor Gary Christenson. There, they will pick up a “Spooky Treasure Map,” which will guide them to businesses that will be handing out candy.
Children will also have the opportunity to do arts-and-crafts and to check out some cool vehicles.

Police officers and firemen will be on hand as well. They will bring McGruff the Crime Dog and Sparky the Fire Dog to the event.
The event goes from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct. 30.
