Malden Man, 33, Held Without Bail on Murder Charge
The 6-month grand jury investigation contained testimony from more than a dozen witnesses and the review of video evidence from the area.

The man accused of stabbing 29-year-old Sean Dwyer to death outside his Dorchester barbershop in December was arraigned on a murder indictment today, according to Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley said.
Dominic Shiner, 33, of Malden, was arraigned on a single count of first-degree murder in connection with Dwyer’s Dec. 12, 2014, homicide. At the request of Assistant District Attorney Julie Higgins, Clerk Anne Kaczmarek ordered him held without bail pending trial.
Higgins told the court that the six-month grand jury investigation contained testimony from more than a dozen witnesses and the review of video evidence from the area, telephone records, social media postings, DNA testing, and Shiner’s own statements.
