Malden Plans Holiday Celebration With Winter Festival
The Winter Festival will feature close to 50 artists selling various goods on Pleasant Street this weekend.

MALDEN, MA — Malden will look to usher in the holiday season this weekend with its planned outdoor Winter Festival.
The event is set for Sunday, Nov. 20 to run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Malden Center area. The festival will feature close to 50 artists displaying various goods along Pleasant Street. Products will range from handmade crafts, to gifts, cards, jewelry and baked goods, as noted in a city announcement on Tuesday.
City officials on Tuesday invited community members to also visit area restaurants for winter cocktails and hot chocolate in addition to familiar meals.

Malden has free parking available at the city’s CBD Garage at 170 Centre St. and at the Jackson Street Garage at 7 Jackson St. for community members driving into Malden Center for this weekend’s events.
The city of Malden is organizing the Winter Festival in tandem with the Malden Chamber of Commerce.
