UPDATED: Malden Fatal Hit and Run Victim Identified
The vehicle involved in the hit and run was located on Monday morning, according to police.
MALDEN, MA - Authorities are investigating a fatal hit and run that occurred on Sunday night on Pleasant Street.
The woman who was run down by a hit-and-run driver Sunday night has died of her injuries, according to police, and officers on Monday morning found the vehicle involved, police said.
The victim has been identified as Yaai Chen, 71, of Malden, according to the Middlesex District Attorney’s office.
