Medford Teen Among State's Missing Children: Jenny Elizabeth Chavarria Casto, 15, has been missing since Feb. 20, according to information from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Chavarria Casto is classified by the organization as an "endangered runaway." She is listed as about 5'2" and 95 pounds.
