"We had some money and decided to invest in shows – hopefully we can end up making some money on it," Costas said.

"Barney's Birthday Bash," featuring Barney live in concert, is slated for June 18.

On Friday, June 24, The Doo-Wop Explosion will take the stage. The show features The Drifters and Shirley Alston Reeves, original lead singer of The Shirelle.

The next night, Journey tribute band Captured takes over the venue, with opening act Maneater - The Hall and Oates Experience.

And in October, The Fab Four, a Beatles tribute, will hit the Medford Square theater.
