City Council Considers Budget Measures: Before their regular meeting, councilors will meet at 6 p.m. to review budgets and reprecincting. Then, the regular meeting's agenda includes three requests from Mayor Michael McGlynn.
One asks for a total of 26 fund transfers between various city accounts, while another asks the city council to request a home rule grant from the state legislature that would allow Medford to transfer about $1.2 million from its water surplus account to help balance the municipal budget.
