Good morning, Medford. Here's five things to know today:
A man who was rescued from his smoke filled apartment and rushed to the hospital Friday died on Saturday, officials said. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
A fire that started in an office at the DPW yard on James Street Monday morning was put out quickly, fire officials said. Firefighters got an assist from DPW workers in putting it out.

More Rain: It's supposed to be more of the same today. There's a 100 percent chance of precipitation today, with as much as a quarter-inch of rainfall and thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service. The NWS has rain in the forecast every day this week.
