MassDOT Conducting Emergency Repairs On Rt. 16 Bridge In Medford

MEDFORD, MA — MassDOT announced temporary lane closures on Route 16 West over the Mystic River in Medford.

Closures began Tuesday and will continue through 5 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23. Road crews will be conducting emergency deck repairs on the bridge.

Safety signs, traffic control devices and police details will be used to guide drivers through the work zone.

Drivers who are traveling through the impacted areas should expect delays, reduce speed and use caution.
