Medford Man Charged In West Roxbury Road Rage Stabbing: Police

Drew Lamb, 27, stabbed another man during a fight on VFW Parkway Saturday, state police said.

MEDFORD, MA — A Medford man is accused of stabbing another man during a road rage incident in West Roxbury, state police said.

Drew Lamb, 27, was arrested Tuesday at an associate's home in Salem after investigators located the car he was driving at the time of the stabbing, police said.

The incident happened Saturday afternoon on VFW Parkway in West Roxbury, police said. Officers arrived at the scene to find a 42-year-old man suffering from a stab wound to the chest. The man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigators said Lamb and the victim began passing and exchanging words with each other on the highway. Lamb was driving a black 2010 Cadillac CTS and the victim and a family member were in a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, police said.

The men pulled over near the Centre Street intersection and started fighting, police said. During the fight, Lamb stabbed the other man before fleeing the scene, police said.

Lamb will be arraigned Wednesday in Boston Municipal Court.
