Medford Police to Host Sex Offender Registry Information Session
Representative from the state's sex offender registry will be on hand.

The Medford Police Department will hold an information session for residents interested in understanding sex offender registry policy.
Charles McDonald, Director of Communications for the state's Sex Offender Registry will speak at the event, which will be held Wednesday, June 6 at 7 p.m. at the Medford Police academy, according to a police press release.
McDonald will answer general sex offender registry-related questions, but won't be able to talk about specific cases, the press release said.

The police department typically holds monthly community meetings at the academy, but there won't be another scheduled until Sept. 5, the press release said.
