For equity and consistency, the city does not spot enforce potential parking violations, so residents are asked not to call the Parking Department to report common violations. Parking Control Specialists will monitor all neighborhoods during their normal routes.

Drivers may obtain resident, business, or senior parking permits through the city's website at medfordma.org/parking or in person at City Hall, Room 110. Visitor permits must be obtained in person.
