Using a technique called "Hasty Search," volunteers brought home a young pup who went missing from a Stoneham foster home Thursday afternoon.

Trooper, a five-month-old Basset Hound/Bulldog mix, being fostered at a Stoneham home escaped his yard in the Crystral Drive area Thursday and was missing during the winter storm that dropped several inches of snow on the town. - Dann DeMaina

Woburn Newspaper Deliveryman Arranged on Fraud Charges

A Reading resident who works as a newspaper deliver man in Woburn who is allegedly behind a string of identity fraud, fraud and larceny incidents, including some in Woburn, has been arraigned in district court. 

Middlesex District Attorney Gerry Leone informed the public yesterday that Ikponmwosa Ogiugo, 22, of Reading, has been arraigned in Woburn District Court on charges of identity fraud (12 counts), forgery (23 counts), larceny over $250 (5 counts), and larceny over $250 by check. - Richard Hosford
