: The city aims to have finalized drawings of the four-story garage done by late July, but when construction begins remains up in the air -- the city hasn't secured full funding for the project yet.

Unremarkable Weather: It's going to be mostly cloudy today, with temperatures peaking in the low 60s, according to the National Weather Service. There's a 50 percent chance of rain both Saturday and Sunday.

: Head to the high school at 7:30 p.m. tonight for a concert with benefits going to the fine arts scholarship program. Featured acts include: Nick Conway, Gia Greene, Bright Red Reason (BBR), Michael Maloney, Nate Rohr, Kaleigh Bradley, and the Late Greats. Tickets are $10 at the door.
