Police Log: Arrests on Assault Charges, Drug Charges

A man arrested on Main Street Sunday was charged with assault.

Shane Tresilian, 37, of Malden, was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Sunday after police received a report of a fight on Main Street, according to the police log. Treslilian was arrested near Dello Russo Funeral Home, after police found a knife hidden in the bushes there.

Tresilian was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and outstanding warrants of destruction of propery, disorderly conduct and violating an abuse prevention order.
