Police Log: Assault and Battery and Outstanding Drug Warrant Arrests

A Station Landing woman was arrested and charged with assault and battery on Thursday morning.

Erin Koplowitz, 36, of 50 Station Landing and an unidentified juvenile were both arrested at about 8:20 a.m. at 50 Station Landing. They were both charged with assault and battery, according to the police log.

Update: A judge signed off on a request from prosecutors to decline to pursue charges against Koplowitz after the alleged victim decided they did not wish to continue prosecution, according to court filings.

Though the police log shows a juvenile was arrested at the same time and location, no minors were involved in the alleged incident involving Koplowitz.
