Police Log: Man Arrested Near School Faces Drug Charges

A Winchester man arrested Monday evening on Central Avenue faces four drug-related charges, according to police.

Michael Cleary, 24, was arrested about 6 p.m. Monday near 68 Central Ave. on two counts of possession with intent to distribute a drug and two counts of drug violation near a school zone, according to the police log. Cleary also had an outstanding warrant, according to the log.

The location of the arrest is about a half-mile from Roberts Elementary School.
