Police Log: Man Charged with Kidnapping, 3 Other Counts

A Richard Street man was arrested Friday afternoon and charged with kidnapping, among other charges.

James Albano, 22, of 5 Richard St. was arrested about 3 p.m. Friday on Dearborn Street, according to the police log. He was charged with two counts of assault and battery, threatening to commit a crime, and kidnapping.

Albano was one of three people arrested between Feb. 24 and Feb. 26. Here's a look at some of the events from the police log (Charges are alleged and should not be considered an indication of guilt.
