Police Log: Man Faces Identity Fraud Charge

An Everett man arrested Tuesday is charged with using someone else's identity.

Frederick Tolliver, 33, was arrested at 3850 Mystic Valley Parkway -- address of Meadow Glen Mall and Kohl's -- at about 5 p.m. Tuesday and charged with use of personal identification of another and attempt to commit a crime, according to the police log.
