Police: Search Turned Up More Evidence in Alleged Child Porn Case

A search of the suspect's cell phone and a Medford Public Library computer has turned up additional evidence in a case against an alleged viewer of child pornography, according to Medford police.

Medford Police seized the computer and Judge's phone, then obtained a search warrant, according to a press release from Medford police Lt. Paul Covino Friday. The Medford Police Computer Crimes Unit was able to obtain more evidence against Judge, Covino said.

Judge is also the subject of a federal investigation by U.S. Postal Service Inspectors on child pornography-related charges, Covino said in the release.

He was arraigned in Somerville District Court last Tuesday, where he was released on $1,000 bail, on condition that he have no contact with childen, stay away from schools, libraries, parks and day care centers, and that he submit to GPS monitoring, according to court records.
