Snowstorm to Hit Medford Tuesday
A winter storm warning is in effect for the region and 4 to 8 inches of snow are expected.

The calendar says spring is upon us, but Mother Nature has other plans.
Another snowstorm is set to hit eastern Massachusetts overnight Monday and last most of the day Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
NWS has issued a winter storm warning for the region, adding Medford and the outlying area can expect 4 to 8 inches of snow by the time it's all said and one. The warning is presently in effect from 8 p.m. Monday to 11 a.m. Tuesday.

The snowfall is expected to wreak havoc on Tuesday morning's commute, according to NWS.
Heavy snow is predicted at the start of the storm followed by a change to sleet and freezing rain and then rain for some parts of the region. NWS said the snowfall amount will be determined by when and where the storm changes over to rain.
