Somerville Teen Arrested In Connection With Medford Assault: Police
Police say Nature Moncoeur, 18, was taken into custody Tuesday morning at 278 Powder House Boulevard in Somerville.

MEDFORD, MA — A Somerville teen has been arrested in connection with an assault in Medford on July 3, according to police.
Police say Nature Moncoeur, 18, was taken into custody Tuesday morning at 278 Powder House Boulevard in Somerville. He is facing charges including assault and battery and attempted kidnapping.
On Sunday, July 3 around 10:45 p.m., police say a woman was assaulted on Royal Street. The victim told officers a man ran up to her, grabbed her, and struck her several times. After a brief struggle, the suspect fled toward College Avenue.

The victim suffered apparent minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital, police say.
