: A witness spotted the two children smoking on a porch on Metalf St. They later admitted to having lit a styrofoam cup on fire, then throwing it on a discarded mattress, according to a fire report.

Community Development Board Meets Today: One of the items on the agenda for its 9 a.m. meeting at City Hall: "Discussion and request to verify scope of traffic analysis and other site plan review application submission requirements for the Governors Avenue Garage including approval to waive certain requirements."
