Tornadoes Warnings Yesterday, Graduating High Schoolers Today

Good morning, Medford. Here's five things to know today:

Tornadoes Touch in Central Mass., Warning Issued For Middlesex: Reports of tornadoes in the Springfield area came flurrying in Wednesday evening, and the National Weather Service also issued a tornado warning for Middlesex County. Today's weather is expected to top out in the 70s with winds up to 25 miles per hour.

: Robert Haynes, president of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO and Medford resident, will not seek re-election to the post he has held since 1998. .

Graduation Tonight: Ceremonies for the Medford High School Class of 2011 will start at 6 p.m. at the Gantcher Family Sports and Convocation Center on the Tufts campus.
