Winning 50K Lottery Ticket Sold In Medford

MEDFORD, MA — A winning $50,000 Massachusetts State Lottery ticket was sold from Main Street Variety in Medford on Monday, Nov. 7.

The prize, won from Powerball, is the highest amount won in Medford since Nov. 1.

Other prizes won in the city this month include a $15,000 ticket sold from Sunny Corner Variety on Nov. 6 and a $10,000 ticket sold from Main St. Liquors on Nov. 8.

The largest prize in the state last week was a $1 million ticket sold Monday, Nov. 7 from Squantum Market & Liquors in Quincy.
