A talk show featuring a Milford High School student tonight will air its first new show taped at the Milford TV studio.

1. U.S. Rep. Joseph Kennedy III had a live chat on Patch Wednesday, and a resident of Hopkinton asked him whether he would support an I-495 interchange for a casino development in Milford. The access to the highway is a key feature of the proposal.
2. The first "Talk Show with RJ Sheedy" show filmed at the new Milford TV studio will air Thursday at 9 p.m., after a new show of Al Correia's "That Milford Show." The guests on Sheedy's show are Jimmy Young, founder of Young Broadcasters, and Earl Wilson, manager for the Milford High School Boys Varsity Basketball team.Â

3. The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is expected to meet at 1 p.m. Thursday to discuss and vote on proposed selection criteria for resort casino applications. The meeting will be in Boston but is livestreamed over the website www.massgaming.com.
4. The combined town election and state primary election date is April 30. Absentee ballot applications now are available for both elections, which will have separate ballots. This note from Milford Town Clerk Amy Hennessey Neves: "Please indicate on the application of you would like a ballot for the Town Election or the Primary, or both. If you are requesting an absentee ballot for the Primary, you are required to indicate your choice of ballot if you are registered as Unenrolled/Independent." Her office will mail ballots as soon as possible.

5. A free childbirth preparation class for teen mothers up to age 19 will meet Thursday afternoon. allowing expectant mothers to gain knowledge about their baby’s growth, changes to expect, legal issues and nutrition and exercise.
