Did You Know The Milford High Pool Is Open To The Public?
Many may not know that there are certain times every day that Milford residents can use the pool at the school.

MILFORD, MA—Some may not even be aware, and others may need a reminder: The Milford High School indoor pool is open to the public for public swimming – both open swimming and lap swimming – at various times during the week.
The pool is open from Sept. 7 until May 31, 2018. It is closed during school holidays, vacation weeks or other days when school is closed. We ask patrons to check our website for closings.
- The pool is fully staffed with certified lifeguards.
- No registration is required. Just show up.
- Showers and changing rooms are available. Swimmers must bring their own towels.
- Non-swimming parents are welcome to sit at poolside.
AM Lap Swimming
AM lap swimming is available to adult men and women on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:45 AM till 7:15 a.m. Cost is $4 for residents and $5 for non-residents. Showers and changing rooms are available.

Open Swimming
Open Swim is offered at various times during the week (see schedule) throughout the school year. Cost is just $4 for residents, $5 for non-residents and $1 for students and younger children. There is a maximum of $10 per family.

- The cost of an Individual Season Pass: $135 Resident/$185 Nonresident.
- The cost of a Family Season Pass is: $185 Resident/$235 Nonresident.
- Season passes do not apply to the Water Aerobics programs.
Water Aerobics
Water Aerobics is offered on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. See our Water Aerobics page for details.
