Monday, Oct. 9
12:40 a.m.: Disturbance reported, 38 Franklin St.

6:51 a.m. Caller reports hearing gun shots in above area. He is concerned because it is before sunrise. Entered vehicle is unoccupied on Fiske Mill. 207 speaking with a male in entered livery vehicle.Nothing found in the area. 207 believes it could be a hunter into Upton as pheasant season has recently begun.
8:07 a.m.: Walk in reports that he lost a small white dog in the area of Franklin Street.

12:47 p.m.: Well being check on Joseph Road. Caller requesting a check on an elderly female walking in the road. Female in question is wearing a night gown and using a walker and telling others she is looking for her children.
1:11 p.m.: Fraud reported, 77 School St.
1:53 p.m.: Erratic operator at the 595 Ramp, Cedar Street. SP report multiple calls for a white Honda CR-V driving all over the roadway with operator possibly having an open container. Got off at exit 20. Unknown direction of travel after. SP report they have a unit out at 40 Grove St. requesting back up. SP have two in custody.
9:22 p.m.: Disturbance reported at Milford Hospital. Hospital reporting a male that is intoxicated causing a disturbance in front of the ER entrance.
10:11 p.m.: Disturbance reported at Milford Hospital. Hospital reporting party out of control in room 36.
