Monday, Oct. 2

4:47 a.m.: Caller reporting there is a male party passed out behind the wheel at the light on Jefferson Street. Party has their foot on the brake. 8 Jefferson St.

1:14 p.m.: Joshua R. Blais, 35, Dilla Street, Milford, was arrested on a warrant/failure to appear

5:11 p.m.: Caller reports her neighbor came into her house and started damaging personal property, 37 West St.

6:58 p.m.: Caller reports a mattress is on fire in the back yard. Located in the middle of the yard. 77 Hayward St.

9:41 p.m.: Caller reports her neighbors are yelling at each other in reference to a MVA from earlier tonight. 15 Forest St.

Thursday, Oct. 5

12:25 p.m.: Caller reports a customer causing a disturbance. White male, mid 20s, 6feet, long black hair, blue jeans and blue shirt, Registry of Motor Vehicles

12:57 p.m.: Customer called requesting officer for a business customer dispute. Sleek Laser Center

1:16 p.m.: Harassment order served, 91 Medway Road

2:23 p.m.: Male in the lobby to speak with an officer referencing fraud, Rebecca Way

3:33 p.m.: Third party caller reporting his friend a 15 yro female is threatening to commit suicide by overdose, approximately 20 minutes ago. Packard Road

9:16 p.m.: Walk in requesting to speak with an officer in regards to a dog terrorizing her neighborhood, 4 Attilio Road

10:19 p.m.: Caller reports that he received a threat from one of his patients in Worcester. Todd Guittar, 44, Johnson Way North, Rutland, was arrested and charged with threatening to commit a crime
