Milford firefighters responded Tuesday to a fire that burned 2 acres of woodland above Cedar Street. The fire was largely extinguished by about 4 p.m. and was handled by Milford, using its personnel, said Fire Chief John Touhey. The area was in the Vietnam trails section off Cedar Street, near I-495.
