Milford Police Partake In Blackstone Drug Raid, Pair Arrested
The father and son were arrested after a months-long investigation involving the DEA and local police.

BLACKSTONE, MA — A large group of local and federal law enforcement agencies — including Milford police — collaborated in a Friday drug raid in Blackstone that ended in the arrests of a father and son.
Police from Blackstone, Milford, Millbury, Sutton and Northbridge, and the Worcester-area DEA and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, raided a home along Michelle Lane around 10 am. Friday. The police seized marijuana, cocaine, a gun and cash from the home.
Police also arrested Michael Pitler, 45, on a charge of possession of a class B substance. His son, Zachary Pitler, 21, was arrested on a dozen charges, including cocaine trafficking, various gun charges and drug possession charges. The pair were set to be arraigned at Uxbridge District Court on Friday, according to Blackstone police.
