New Coffee Shop Coming To Milford Commercial Plaza
The owner of a West Street plaza is seeking permission for The Coffee Bar to open in a former office space.
MILFORD, MA — A new coffee shop is on the menu in Milford.
The owner of the commercial plaza at 189 West St. has asked the Milford Planning Board for permission to turn a unit that was previously an office into a coffee shop called The Coffee Bar, according to plans submitted to the town.
The new café would be located in the last unit in the plaza, which contains several businesses, including Rosa's Villa Pizza, Milford Limo and Music Together of Blackstone Valley.

The Coffee Bar is planning a grand opening celebration on Oct. 20, according to the coffee shop's Facebook page.
Although the location is new, The Coffee Bar was previously located in the Hopedale Business Park. That location closed on Aug. 19 in anticipation of the new space along West Street.

The Planning Board is set to deliberate on The Coffee Bar application at the meeting scheduled for Tuesday.
