Police Log: Co-Worker Put Perfume in Coffee, Intoxicated People

Tuesday, March 12
5:14 p.m.: A caller asked police to check on the wellbeing of two babies who were crying in an upstairs apartment. She thought they were alone in the home. Police checked and everything was OK.
5:27 p.m.: A manager at the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton asked for police assistance with an intoxicated man. The man was in the lobby with two employees. Police took the 61-year-old man into protective custody.

7:46 p.m.: Police responded to Milford High School to help with an intoxicated woman.
9:05 p.m.: A mother walked in to police headquarters and said her daughter had run away with her boyfriend.

10:12 p.m.: A caller told police loud kids were screaming on Alfred Road. Police spoke to them.
10:23 p.m.: Police received a call from Whitcomb House from someone who said a co-worker had emptied perfume into her coffee.
Wednesday, March 13
1:36 a.m.: A caller told police a domestic had just occurred. A woman locked a man out of a residence.
6:54 a.m.: A two-car crash was reported on the Interstate 495 ramp on Medway Road. No injury was reported.
11:34 a.m.: A person passed out at Milford High School and was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.
12:35 p.m.: A caller reported a resident on Purchase Street was plowing dirt and gravel into the road.
12:43 p.m.: Wires were reported down on North Vine at Highland Streets. National Grid was contacted.
4:02 p.m.: A hit-and-run was reported on Main Street. No injury resulted.
4:32 p.m.: A two-car crash was reported on Richmond Avenue at Congress Street. No one was injured.
