Police Log: Man Calls 911 about Fast Food Service

The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, March 5

5:17 p.m.: Police responded to TJ Maxx, where a caller said a man was asking female shoppers about his underwear. Police could not locate the man on arrival.

5:49 p.m.: Police dispatch received a 911 call that then hung up. On call back, dispatch could not reach anyone. Police did speak to a woman, who said she had been arguing with her daughter.

6:29 p.m.: A two-car crash was reported near Shaw's Supermarket. No injury was reported.

8:22 p.m.: A two-car crash was reported near Bank of America, in the parking lot. No injury was reported.

9:22 p.m.: Police responded to Hollis Street, where there was a neighbor dispute. Police spoke to everyone involved.

10:08 p.m.: A caller on Lincoln Street reported he thinks his neighbor is going crazy, because she makes a lot of noise. Police could not locate the woman.

10:44 p.m.: A caller on Luby Avenue said her neighbors were being too loud. Police spoke to the people involved.

11:25 p.m.: A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked on Park Lane Avenue, which had the lights on and was running for two hours. Police spoke to the driver.

Wednesday, March 6

12:56 a.m.: A Chevrolet Impala was repossessed on Colonial Road.

1:35 a.m.: A "vulgar male party" called 911 to report that Wendy's wouldn't serve him in the drive through because he was walking. An officer responded and spoke to him.

7:50 a.m.: A man reported his 13-year-old daughter refused to go to school. Police spoke with the child and the parents, and planned to contact the school.

7:58 a.m.: A 60-year-old woman at Ray and Dick's Bakery was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center, after feeling weakness.

8:16 a.m.: A man asked for a well-being check on an employee who had not shown up for work at 7 a.m. The man was waiting outside the employee's house, and could not enter. Firefighters helped the officers gain entry. The man was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center.

8:23 a.m.: A caller at UMass Memorial Medical Group reported a purple van was parked in the lot, and had been there since January.

8:52 a.m.: Police responded to a two-car crash on Medway Road, near Maria's Italian Villa. No injury was reported.

10:21 a.m.: A theft was reported at Milford High School.

10:37 a.m.: Police received a report of a restraining order violation. Police are seeking a summons to charge Robert Michael Pabon, 21, of 93 Purchase St., Milford, with violating an abuse prevention order.

11:18 a.m.: Police received a call from a woman who said her boyfriend had beaten her, and smashed her phone so she couldn't call police. Police arrested Delfim Goncalves Pires, 19, of 25 Sumner St., Milford, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

1:18 p.m.: Police received a report that workers were cutting trees too close to a property on Janock Road. Police spoke to the tree cutters.

1:24 p.m.: Police responded to a home to conduct a well-being check on a child.

2:00 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on West Street, police arrested Ashley M. Conti, 26, of 4 Windsor Rd., Milford, on charges of following too closely and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

3:04 p.m.: Police assisted Department of Children and Families with the removal of a child, or children, from an apartment. The parent was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center for an evaluation.

4:54 p.m.: Police received multiple calls about a State Police officer fighting with a man on Medway Road. When Milford Police arrived, the State officer had the man in custody.
