Monday, April 1 3:45 p.m.: Police responded to Kohl's Department Store for a report of a juvenile in custody for shoplifting. Police arrested the 15-year-old boy and charged him with shoplifting more than $100 by concealing merchandise. 6:08 p.m.: An elderly woman reported she had lost a check that should have been in her mailbox. She called back to report she had found it. Tuesday, April 2 12:41 p.m.: An officer reported he observed an act of vandalism at Memorial Hall. 1:14 p.m.: A woman reported theft of items from a home on Lawrence Street. 1:41 p.m.: A manager at Hannaford Supermarket reported shoplifting. Police responded and arrested Kristie Lee Durning, 32, of 70 E. Main St., Apt. 4, Milford, on a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise.
