Police Log: Vandalism, Credit Card Fraud, People on a Building Roof
The following information was provided by the Milford Police Department. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Wednesday, March 20
6:14 p.m.: A woman walked in to police headquarters to report she had been a victim of credit card fraud. She was referred to police by Capital One.
8:24 p.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Central at South Bow streets, police were seeking a summons to charge Kelly P. Lowell, 48, of 166 E. Main St., Apt. 2, Marlboro, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended as an habitual traffic offender, and failure to stop or yield.

9:36 p.m.: A man reported there appeared to be people on the roof of the building behind Pizza Chef. Police checked and found Verizon workers were on the building.

5:53 a.m.: Following a motor vehicle stop on Main at Spring streets, police arrested Angel Ortega, 29, of 22 Churchill St., Apt. 1, Milford, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and defective equipment.
10:19 a.m.: A woman reported vandalism to her truck on Mark Drive.
11:03 a.m.: An 18-year-old woman was reported to have attempted an overdose. She was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center, and was conscious and alert at that time.
2:07 pm.: A two-vehicle crash was reported on Beach Street, near the state Registry of Motor Vehicles. A person complained of shoulder pain, but no one was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
