Police Log: Woman Won't Leave, House Break on Dilla Street

Tuesday, March 26
3:00 p.m.: A caller told police a 19-year-old woman would not leave a Purchase Street property. Police filed a report.
3:11 p.m.: A two-car crash with no injury was reported on Main Street near Tedeschi.

4:21 p.m.: Police and firefighters responded to Burger King, for a report of a motor vehicle fire. Firefighters reported finding an oil spill under the vehicle. A tow truck was called. The incident created a "significant" traffic backup.
4:43 p.m.: Bellingham Police asked Milford Police to be on the lookout for a car with two women inside. The women had left the Stop & Shop in that town and were suspected of shoplifting.

5:04 p.m.: A woman in the police department headquarters asked to speak to an officer about a restraining order problem.
5:12 p.m.: A woman reported a neighbor was threatening her son. Police determined it was a school issue.
8:15 p.m.: A woman reported she could hear yelling in the area of Oliver Street and Vincenzo Road. Police responded but could find nothing amiss.
9:59 p.m.: A caller on Alfred Road said kids in the area were yelling and making noise. Police spoke to people involved.
10:16 p.m.: A caller reported he came home to Dilla Street and found his house broken into. He had already been through the residence, but was told by police he should step outside and wait for an officer.
10:55 p.m.: A caller told police that he was walking into his business and two men were standing across the street. They asked him if he wanted to buy a GPS. He didn't want to talk to an officer but asked that the information be logged.
Wednesday, March 27
11:56 a.m.: Loss prevention employees at Kohl's reported an employee had admitted to stealing merchandise. Police are seeking a summons to charge Jacqueline Bailey, 52, of 17 Caryville Crossing, Bellingham, with larceny under $250.
12:33 p.m.: A hit-and-run was reported in the Lowe's parking lot.
12:44 p.m.: Police filed a report concerning a domestic between a mother and a daughter.
1:26 p.m.: An officer reported he had received a call that three men were trying to sell a GPS on Main Street, as well as clippers, to a business.
