Public Hearing Continued On Stone Ridge Apartments Development
Known as the Stone Ridge apartments, 25 percent of these homes would be affordable housing. The development is for 80 acres on Cedar Street.
MILFORD, MA—The Milford Zoning Board of Appeals is holding another public hearing on the proposal for the development of rental apartments on 80 acres of land on Cedar Street.
The Gutierrez Company plans to build on a piece of property known as Stone Ridge, constructing 272 rental units on 16.6 acres of land. Seventy five percent would be market value units and 25 percent would be priced as affordable rentals.
The hearing takes place on Wednesday, July 17, at 6 p.m. at Milford Town Hall.
