Thanks to Yanks to Host Family Fun Walk in Milford

Milford nonprofit Thanks To Yanks will hold a special “Family Fun Walk” this October in Milford.

The walk will be held from 12-4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 19; an inclement weather date will be held Oct. 26.1

The event will take place along the Milford Upper Charles River Trail and feature entertainment by DJ Paulie B, games, food and photo opportunities, while military vehicles will be on site for viewing, as well as a military service dog.

Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. the day of the event at the Italian American Veterans Club parking lot, 4 Meade St. in Milford. Day-of registration costs $15 per person or $30 per family.
