NEEDHAM, MA — The Needham Board of health voted to extend the mandate of using a face covering when social distancing isn't possible. With businesses and restaurants starting to reopen the town is reminding residents to keep their masks up. The vote comes as Massachusetts approached <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/boston/phase-3-businesses-starting-massachusetts" target="_blank">Phase three</a> of reopening, which kicks off on Monday. Phase three includes gyms, movie theaters, museums, cultural centers and historical facilities among those allowed reopening.
